Testimonial from Kiley Harper Larsen

Nick and I decided to call Pahokee our permanent home last year and we finalized our decision by buying our first house.  We knew it needed a lot of repairs but we were up for the challenge.  Fortunately, we had just met Dennis and Karen McCarthy from Belle Glade and they offered to help us with our air conditioning issues.  Dennis offered to bring us a loaner since our old unit was shot.  This gave us ample time to make the best long term decision on our air conditioning system.

We chose a high efficiency 18 SEER Trane unit that offered not only a hefty FPL rebate but also a sizeable federal tax rebate as well.  In addition we added a programmable thermostat which is surprisingly easy to program and helps keep our electric bill down.  The washable Lifetime filter  keeps our dust down and we feel we are helping the environment by not throwing a disposable filter into the dump every month!

We are very satisfied with our air conditioning system.  Thanks Glades Gas for helping us make such a great investment in our very first home and helping the ecosystem at the same time!

Esteban's Children

It is bring your child to work day at Glades Gas in Belle Glade.  We promote strong  family values in our daily office life.  We are one big family of people, trying to make our way through the daily maze.  The family is the corner stone of our society yet it seems to slowly be slipping away.  Why not do something special for your family today?  It doesn't have to be a big deal, a simple act of kindness, a helping hand or a sympathetic ear can make a difference in your child's life.  Our days are action packed.   We need to set time aside for our children even if only a few quiet minutes after dinner before bedtime.   At Glades Gas, our employee's children are always welcome to come into the office.  We treat it as a learning experience for them.  Often times, we are the ones who do the learning!

715 Plant Site

Our plant warehouse  located on SR 715 is newly remodeled.  We are trying to beautify Belle Glade one location at a time.   Though its not fancy, it provides an opportunity here in town to offer something we currently drive to the coast for.
Stay tuned for a new business in town!
