Health

Dennis and I attended a four day seminar in Irvine, California  this past week.  It was extremely enlightening.  We learned many different ways to promote longevity.  We couldn't possibly incorporate all of what we learned into our everyday lifestyle. We  have chosen a few choice super foods and exercises in an effort to lead a healthier lifestyle.  There are so many things out there that we had never heard of!  Some of the topics covered confirmed my conviction for natural foods and getting back to basics.

On the plane ride home, we were discussing some of the different speakers and topics covered.  We both agreed that we were going to make a very conscious effort in our office to keep our employees healthy as well.  We talked about the fact that we had already began doing this by promoting our Lifetime Filters in their air conditioners, using propane gas for cooking and water heating and switching to tankless water heating over the traditional electric.  All the employees have Lifetime filters and over half have converted to tankless water heaters.  So in essence, they are creating healthier homes.  It has to start somewhere.

So we will begin this quest of a healthier lifestyle together.  Where it will lead, we don't know but we will do it together and share as a family.  If you would like to hear about some of the incredible speakers we heard, just give Dennis or myself a call.  We would be glad to share with you.

Tankless - The Way Of The Future

Just this morning we did startup on four instantaneous natural gas water heaters in the new building between the Dolly Hand Cultural Arts Center and Belle Glade's PBSC campus.

Watch the video:

They're up and running as of June 17th 2010! Their hot water supply will be endless with the instantaneous water heater technology.

These water heaters are better in every way:

-Save you money on your utilities
-Produce an endless hot water supply
-Save space and can be installed virtually anywhere
-Environmentally friendly by maximizing output while maintaining low emissions
-Safe and Reliable
-Lasts two to three times longer than traditional water heaters
-Very little maintenance (10 year warranty!)

These are going to be in every home, it is only a matter of time.
The government is offering a 30% rebate on the total installation, up to $1500 through 12/31/10.

Girls Get Grilling in South Florida with GrillGrrrl Live on the Morning Show

Check out this Youtube video of the GrillGrrrl

I love this gal! We should get together and share our trade secrests. I notice she is using a gas grill in this video. On her website I think she touts charcoal. I don't get charcoal....why would anyone want to wait so long and have all the mess? It Just doesn't make any sense to me!

Anyway, its about time women catch up on the grilli'n scene. So more power to her!! We have taught our daughter to grill on her patio at college (Go Gators!!) and she is really beginning to enjoy the many benefits of having a propane grill. She loves how healthy everything is and how quickly she can throw a meal together for her three roomies.

Keep on grilllin!!

Skeeter's Batter Up!

Skeeter's Batter Up is the best on pork chops!

Skeeter, I hope you read this because you were right! You told me at the Black Gold Fest to try it and I just did. It's really, really good and my husband is a good cook so I don't lie! It was just so light and crispy and I love the fact that there is no salt so I can salt it to my own taste. Can't wait until you come out with a new flavor!
